The Council is registered as a "Controller" under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 as we collect and process personal information about you.

The Jersey Construction Council is committed to protecting your personal information when you use our services and website. This Privacy Statement relates to our use of any personal information you provide through the website.

The Jersey Construction Council maintains continuous logs of its web server activity.
