After 25 years in banking Victoria swapped brief case for hardhat and became CEO of AFM, the largest facilities management company in the Channel Islands. Joining JeCC Board in 2022, Victoria brings 15 years Board experience and holds a BSc(Hons) in Financial Studies, IoD Diploma in Company Direction, and recently completed Cambridge University Business Sustainability Management.
