About Rothwells Consulting Engineers
Rothwells Consulting Engineers, established in 1964 by Cliff Rothwell, proudly stands as Jersey’s first resident independent consulting engineering practice. In 2024, we celebrated our 60th anniversary, marking six decades of dedicated service. The practice offers a comprehensive range of civil and structural engineering services, including detailed design solutions, feasibility studies, and technical reports. Our reputation for delivering high-quality services is well-established, with a diverse portfolio of building structures and infrastructure projects across the Island.
Our leadership team comprises highly trained and experienced Chartered Engineers, all of whom are members of the Institution of Structural Engineers. Clients can be confident that one of our senior engineers will be actively involved in their project, whether large or small, collaborating closely with the wider design team to ensure expert-driven solutions.
Rothwells Consulting Engineers is ‘Approved Body’ under the Structural Engineers Register-Jersey (SER-J) scheme, employing two registered SER Certifiers. Our employees have Carbon Literacy training and we are proud to be a Living Wage accredited organisation.
