Morris Architects

Morris Architects are an established architects practice within the Island of Jersey, working predominantly within the Channel Islands. We have a long established relationship of providing Architectural services for a multitude of residential and commercial developments for over 30 years, successfully delivering a large spectrum of projects of variety, scale and complexity, on time, on programme and within budget.

The practice is firmly committed to maintain a high level of professional design and care to all of its clients through the ability to listen, analyse and respond, utilising state of the art CAD systems. The practice has developed in-house checking procedures in order to ensure that work is constantly monitored.

We pride ourselves on understanding our clients’ requirements, working closely with our clients to develop their brief, liaising with the design team to coordinate essential activities at the right time in order to ensure the flow of information is provided for essential activities such as the Client’s iness cases, Sketch Schemes, feasibilities, Planning and Building regulations applications, through the tender process and contract administration during construction to completion of the project.

The practice is managed by Ian Marett and Peter Garforth who are involved in the day-to-day running of all projects within the practice. All projects are assessed through reviews to ensure that the information being produced is of high quality, meets client specific requirements and the programmes required are met.

The philosophy of the practice is to provide a service to our clients, driving a project forward, having a proactive philosophy.
