Our involvement can be at any stage in the process from early concepts, definition of requirements, iness case and approval, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover of the completed facility and Post Project Evaluation.
All projects are managed in accordance with the approved client brief, cost plan, programme and to strict quality and Health & Safety standards (we are qualified to act as Health & Safety Project Co-ordinators as per the Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016 and are currently undertaking this role on a large number of significant domestic & commercial projects).
