Calton Ltd, a construction company based in Jersey, was established in 2014. The company is owned and operated by directors with extensive experience in the building industry.

With local offices and a warehouse in St. Helier, Calton Ltd has a substantial team of operatives and a fleet of vehicles covering all trades throughout the island.

We have a contract with Andium Homes (formerly the States Housing Department) to handle response repairs, roof work, and refurbishment projects within their extensive portfolio of managed housing stock.

In addition to our work with Andium Homes, we also undertake full facilities management, private and commercial building projects and offer comprehensive building repair and renewal services.

Calton Ltd provides a five-year guarantee on all workmanship, which runs concurrently with the manufacturers' guarantees.
