We are locally owned and operated, founded on a robust knowledge of the local industry. With decades of experience, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to each project and offer a value driven service which is always focused on our clients’ individual requirements. We have a highly skilled team of in-house tradesmen, and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, whilst collaborating closely with key supply chain partners to ensure we provide value for money in all aspects of the construction process. Our team firmly believe in supporting the local economy, sourcing materials and services locally wherever possible, reinvesting in our communities, and ensuring that our attention to detail delivers the highest quality projects that can be enjoyed by our clients and our community for many years to come.

Whether it’s our staff, our clients, or our community, people are at the heart of everything we do. We employ 50 direct staff, and regularly reinvest in our people, ensuring that they are given the most up to date and relevant training possible. Our team are motivated and highly skilled, and we take pride in our collaborative and progressive working environment, which results in an exceptionally strong team. Equally important is the community which we are part of. In every project we undertake, we consider the positive impact we can make on the local community, seeking to promote and enhance a thriving and vibrant lifestyle for all. Our social impact policy has seen us working with schools, community groups and charities.

As an EcoActive member, we are fully committed to playing our part and contributing to Jersey’s Carbon Neutral Roadmap. In 2023 we were proud to be certified as the first Bronze level Carbon Literate organisation in the Channel Islands. All of our Senior Management staff are individually certified, and we appoint an environmental lead to every project site. We have committed to calculating our Scope 1 and 2 Carbon Emissions, setting targets to reduce these wherever possible. Ashbe aims to protect and enhance the natural biodiversity of the island, preserving our island’s beauty for generations to come.
