We are also Jersey’s largest developer with an extensive programme of investment that continues to deliver new homes whilst ensuring that the existing portfolio is maintained to a high standard.

We are committed to providing more homes, and having significantly scaled up our capital delivery, we are now turning our focus to a more sustainable capital programme, which will see annual delivery targets beyond our initial plan to deliver 3,000 new homes by 2030.
