Adderstone Group was founded in 1993 in the North East of England. Today more than 1.6% of people in Newcastle upon Tyne's urban core live in homes developed by Adderstone Group and more than 11,700 people work in space owned or developed by the Group. Today, Adderstone operates with a workforce of more than 300 people from its offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, Mayfair, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Felixstowe, The Falkland Islands and, since 2025, the Channel Islands.
The Group has an impeccable track record at delivering highly technical projects, often in challenging environments, with expertise across a range of sectors including homebuilding, office, retail, leisure and industrial/logistics developments. It also has a specialist Facades Division, which specialises in fire and building safety works as well as a Civils Division which is the principal civils contractor at the Port of Felixstowe.
